Suppose...
your 5 year will complete on 12/31/06, and your LC becomes 365 days old on 6/31/07.
Now your petition expires on 12/31/06, and you need extension.
Question is whether you have to first apply for 1 year extension til 12/31/07(6th year) and then file another extension til 12/31/08(7th year) based on 365 days old LC
OR
you can file 2 years extesion til 12/31/08.
Memo says you can ask 2 years.
I thought there was another memo which actually show example(forgot which month, but it was in 2005).
