got a phone call from USCIS, and the lady told me my case has been approved. what a surprise! don't even know where they got my phone number. Lawyer made an inquiry 2 weeks ago, maybe she put my phone # on the inquiry form. Anyway, I am really really happy after more than 3-year waiting (from I-140).
