Urgent Question in I-765

Hi All

My wife and I used Advance Parole when we entered US. I am still working with the same company and holding H1. I was in the process of renewing my wife's EAD and got confused on the following question

1. Manner of Last Entry into the U.S.:
(Visitor, Student, etc.)

Shoud I say H4 or Parolee or if I need to pick up some other category

2. Current Immigration Status:
(Visitor, Student, etc.)

Confused on this also.

Please provide me your inputs. Thanks in advance
