Is there a way to find the status on my LC which was filed on RIR and moved to non-RIR and laid off afterwards. When I go to http://www.flcdatacenter.com and case search my case details comes up and the status says "Remand Issued to State", what does this mean.
I'm asking because I ran into major mess in my I485 look in this thread http://boards.immigrationportal.com/showthread.php?t=152559
