My I485 approved on June 25th. Attorney did not file my wife's I485 in time. The visa numbers are unavailable and I cannot file her now. I'm not sure on how the numbers are going to be in Oct. Can she transfer from H4 to F1? Since I got my 485 approved, will that make her chances of COS low? She is already going to school and has 2 semesters left to graduate. Please help.
