Urgent: My offer does not have duration. Please advise!

Please I need an advise. I qualify for TN as Software Engine and have a Computer Engineering degree. I got a full offer that only specified resumption date and does not have duration. I want to appear at the POE, is this an issue for me?

That is one reason why an "offer letter" is an unacceptable substitute for a true, separate TN letter.

Thank you always @nelsona. Do I have to state in the separate TN letter that its a temporary employment? Its actually a full time permanent employment. So how would you advise the letter should be stated?

The letter should simply state that you are being hired for "on a full-time basis for a period not to exceed three years". No need for terms like temporary or permanent.
