My I-485 was denied today after I went to biometrics, and acquired my EAD. On the denial notice, it says that I did not attend the biometric appointment USCIS requested thus the case result in denial. But that information is false, not only I went to the appointment, but also I have evidence(biometric processing stamp with date, and whoever reviewed it) that will proof my present at the appointment.
My options now within 30 days will be:
-file a motion to reconsider(which cost $630)
-call the service to expedite
My question is, will calling to expedite be a better option?
Is this a serious mistake?
Since I have the evidence of attending the biometric and I did nothing wrong.
If I do call them, will they be able to help with my case? What should i talk to them about?
Your reply will be very much appreciated!
