My Labor was for Denver,CO with the work location specifed was Denver and all other anticipates sites in US.
After my Labor got cleared, I was relocated to Dallas,TX.
Since I stay in Dallas,TX ,my attorney is filing my I-140 in INS ,Texas with the location of my work in Dallas. My attorney also says that Nebrasks might return back the application to be applied to INS Texas,so its better to apply directly to INS Texas .My Company head office is still in Denver,CO. Can my
I-140 be applied in INS Nebraska? INS Texas is so slow that i fear my I-140 will take months for approval.
