Hi guys
I really need some help.
I have applied for a green card under EB-1C category through my employer.
My I-140 got approved 2 months ago and my employer filed I-485, I-131 and I-765 just after I-140 approval.
I-131 and I-765 are approved and I-485 is still pending (almost 2 months)
I got the biometrics appointment scheduled but my employer is forcing me to reschedule it so they can delay my green card case.
should I just ignore them and attend the appointment?
Am I going to have any problems?
Can my employer withdraw my case?
What happens if i get laid off at this point that I-485 is pending for less than 6 months?
