I have an approved I-140 with company A..
Currently I work for another company B.

Company A has asked me to get them business with out which they will not file my 485

Is it possible for me to file 485 , with out the knowledge Of company A..
Fortunately before leaving company A , I took copies of the Labor & I-140 approval.

Can company A cancel my I-140 , incase i file 485 through another attorney of my choice.

Please advise.

You cannot file an I-485 unless you have a valid job offer from the sponsoring company

Yes, the company can cancel the I-140.
