Hi everybody
5 years back i was diagnosied with TB when i did my regular medical checkup. The doctor said that it was not contagious but i continued my medication for 9 months so that it does not become active TB and gave me a letter stating that i was cured and needed no further treatment.
My question is when i do my TB test for I-485 the skin test will be positive and also the x-ray will have the scar since the scars don't go away.
I want to know what the implications of this is on my medical test. Can i show the doctor the letter i got saying i was cured of TB. What are the chances of a denial on the 485 due to this.
