Started working with company A who sponsored my H1B and GC. I left company A to work for Company B, using EAD. Didn't transfer H1B. GC was under EB3 India born, so I don't expect to get any time soon. Now I got married and want to bring my wife. I have approved H1B (i 797) till dec 2006 but h1b stamp on my passport have expired. Can Company B transfer my H1B from Company A now?
