Urgent H1B extension

I am in my H1B 6 year, and my employer will now file PERM for EB2. What are my options for getting H1B extensions for 7 year?

If PERM is approved, then I140 is approved, but I485 is not yet approved, then can I file H1B extension or not? Have in mind this is an EB2 case, and my priority number is current.

How long does it take to process I485?
How long does it take to process I140/I485 concurrent filing?
 
Once your PERM Labor is approved, you should go for concurrent filing assuming Priority date remains current, and take advantage of getting EAD. Also once your I-140 is approved, you will be eligible for 3 yrs H1B extension regardless of when your PERM was filed (99% sure).
 
I have one more queston, if EB3 +140 approved in company A during 6th or 7th year and has H1 extended, can he transfer to another company and do EB2 ?

if he ask another company B do EB2 +140 approved, can B do 3 years H1 for him is he is currently at 7th year H1?
