I have completed two master degrees from usa with highest distinction. My situation is like - I have I-20 with me for Doctorate level course. I am also eligible for Canadian PR with 72 points. In this situation, what should I do?
1. Should I go to USA first on F1 - student visa and then go to Canada from there?
What are the chances to get Canada PR on this?
2. Or I apply directly for Canada and do not go to USA?
Which option will be easy for me? Kindly reply as soon as possible.
