OkayThe procedure is quite well-established, and starts with re-establishing Cdn residency, and contacting service Canada. THEY and the state UI will then co-ordinate between themselves, and determine if you are eligible, and which organization pays you.
Hello - thank you for your guidance. You seem quite knowledgeable with this - have you / anyone you know had success with this? After several calls to Service Canada (and even in person visit), they claim they cannot help and I need to coordinate with NYS (who says I can’t receive benefits because I’m not there). Any insight would be much appreciated! The procedure is quite well-established, and starts with re-establishing Cdn residency, and contacting service Canada.
