Unemployed and renewing B2 visa

Good day

We are going to renew our B2 visas this week. I am now currently unemployed. Do we need some sort of letter from my husband, stating that I am traveling with him? We are not paying for the trip, so he is not financially responsible for our vacation.

Is there specific letters or wording to be used?
 
You need to satisfy the consulate that you will leave the US in a timely manner, in order to be issued a B-2 visa. The last B-2 visa I ever got for the US (1996) was when I was unemployed and a university student. So being employed is not a criteria. Overcoming immigrant intent is.
