Folks,
Our 485 cases were transferred from TSC to NSC in June. Since then we didn't see any activity. When we called NSC recently, the rep told us that our cases were shelved and nobody was looking at them. He said he couldn't do anything to get them moving. Our PD has been current since we have filed. It is so frustrating.
Have contacted Senator/Congressman. Their inquiry didn't do much but to get an answer "wait for 45 days and then contact again" from USCIS. They are useless.
Any ideas what we should do? Anyone in the same boat?
