Any one in the situation where RD april 3rd , ND april 9th at TSC is still waiting for approval .

I am EB2 RIR case and still waiting for approval. Automated system at TSC just says case is still pending.

I believe cases in smilar categories are approved for may also.

Any one knows that this is a uncommon situation or might have happend ealier also.
Planning to contact lawyer next week.
Any clue or experiences ?

ND for my case is Apr13 and my case has not been approved yet.I called my lawyer office today and they told me that the cases in march are being approved now.So mine is expected some time soon.But difficult to say when.I too have heard a lot of cases that have been approved in dec whose ND is in apr.Let us hope for it to be approved soon.

Hi ,

I know few cases of May for EB2 RIR at TSC has been approved , even before christmas shutdowns , to be precise on 21st Dec.

One of the person in our company itself got approval in Dec. for
ND 17th april.
Looks like pending cases are with the same immigration officer.
