Travelling to Puerto Rico in H1-B without a Stamp!

Hi,
My wife is on an F1. SHe will get her H1-B on December 1st.
Anybody know if she can travel to Puerto Rico just like she can within the US even though she does not have the H1-B Stamp ?

Any comments and feedback are appreciated.

Thats true its like travelling within the US cities...Sometimes the officer DOES stop you and enquires the visa status..it is importatnt to show that you are maintaing a valid status with in USA and need not worry about the visa.
I have travelled to PR with my EAD- OPT and F-1 visa. Although my visa expired but my EAD-OPT was valid.
