Travel with Condition Removal Pending

Just wonder if it's save to travel.

I have:
1. expired gc
2. a USCIS letter saying my gc is extended for a yr(till 09/09)

VSC is way too slow....

Can I reenter with 2 docs above?

Yes-- You should be fine as long as you carry your expired GC and original NOA.. I travelled with these 2 docs with no issues.
 
I got a stamp just in case through an INFOPASS since the first time I only show the letter they did not like it other people had no issues on it...I have been travel in out of the country twice or more per month.
