I am in my 7th year of my H1 Visa and it expired on OCT-01-2007. I got my H1 extension approval notice. My wife's H4 application was filed on first week of Sept-2007 and we received her Receipt notice. Waiting for H4 approval notice.
She needs to travel to India in Dec 2007.
1. Can she travel to India while her H4 approval is still pending?
2. What are options to get her Visa stamped if we don't get the H4 approval before her travel date?
A. Can she get her Visa stamped based on H4 receipt notice and my H1 approval notice.
B. I can get my Visa stamped in Canada. Can she then get her visa stamped based on my valid visa?
C. Any other alternative?
