Travel experience using the PP stamping

Can we leave country and come back using PP stamping?
I heard they will take back all documents(AP,EAD,I94...)

Please suggest as my wife is travelling

Of course. That's what the stamp is for.

thanks for quick reply.I think it will take 3 months to get the actual Card after PP stamping.
