Currently I am in India and I have got my F1 Visa stamped last month for Master’s in Computer Science. My session starts from 7th June 2021 and I was planning to travel to USA on 25th May 2021.
But due to ongoing pandemic there is a travel ban for Indian citizen with an exemption for students on F1 Visa who are planning to travel in August for fall session.
Not sure if I am eligible for this exemption as my class starts in June or do I need to defer my session to fall session to fall under the exemption category
