Travel after Stamping - without Plastic Green-Card

Has anyone travelled overseas after stamping was done in Passport however the Plastic GC was yet to be received. Was there any problem in travelling without physical Card? Please advice/ share your experience
 
Traveled by using PP Stamping

One of my Best friend and Collegue Recently Visited India

and also Returned back without any problem,

then got the Cards
