Currently my H1 petition is under process. A new company is offering me a full time position from OCT so can I transfer my H1 once approved to the new company
----- after your first H1 is approved then work with the employer for 2-3 months and get pay stubs once you have 2-3 recent pay stubs then file H1 Transfer through new employer
or should I apply a new one?
--- your new employer can file Fresh H1 for you but the H1 Cap may reach anyday as reported by many lawyers.
