I am a physician on a H1B cap exempt visa through an academic institute. I am planning to my employer to a for profit organization. Now I come under cap subject H1B visa for visa transfer. My joining date for new employment is 1 August. And the cap subject employment can only be started on October 1. My question is:
1) Is there any way I can start my work on 1st August?
2)If I get my approval before my current visa expires , Do I still have to leave the country for two months?
