My sister just arrived here on F1, and she got the job offer. Can someone know what's the best procedure to change F1 to H1-B. Or any other way so she can able to work right away. She hasn't starts her school yet, would't she able to change her status to H1-B without going to scholl?
Also how much time will H1-B process takes?
