I had an approved petition from company A till 08/08/2018 which was until end of my 6 years H1B term as well.
I joined company B based on receipt number of change of employer in 09/2017.
I now have an approved 140 with B. But my change of employer was not approved even after 08/08/2018. B filed an extension petition based on 140.
I received denial on my change of employer case on 09/07/18. B is filing appeal case on it. I have been told I can stay in US upto 60 days from the day of denial 09/07/18. Is this correct? How much time does it approximately take for appeal process? what are the chances?
