Apr 30th backlog..from what i can tell from my case...

Yeah, this is so funny ...

These people would prefer to lose their jobs because all the best engineers would work for Chinese/Japanese/Indian companies, and US companies would just lose the market.

It means all the 04/30 cases forwarded from SESA for 245i are cleared.

Doesn\'t this mean we should see some speed up in the processing times.

but it would also be good if we can get the data for october also to see how many applications they processed during that time.. in how many days..
 
Update on I-140 Premium Processing

"Implementation of premium processing for I-140 immigrant petitions will begin no sooner than May 2002. The Immigration and Naturalization Service will provide at least thirty days notice before such processing is available."

Is anybody holding off 140 filing for premium processing????

Since INS announced that the premium processing will start in may, won\'t the guys who get their LC done around April times be the lucky ones? Another twist to this Green card saga (hopefully good one for all).
Is anybody who got LC now waiting for the premium procesing to come thru or are you all going to go the regular 140 route?

I wish they would start a Premium on the Labor and then on the I-140. It would be a good thing to get the I-140 done as quickly,although if the dates regress, then its of no use...So i think the bottle neck is in the labor stage.
Any news on the latest processing times at DOL.Thought it would move fast once the April 30th was gone by...

Why just auction LC or I140?

I-140 speed up filing ! WHERE IS IT MENTIONED in INS web?

Where does it say you can pay a fee of 1000 $ and speed up your I140? Any web address for INS ?
 
conversion of LC

is it possible to convert an LC application filed under NON rir to RIR

if it is still in SESA.
 
how many days does it usually take ?

to receive the approval notice,
Once the case status is changed to certified in DOL phone system, ?
if some have any idea, please comment.
