I know that employer and the attorney have accounts at DOL to track status and they can add new users to those accounts.
Legaly are the applicants allowed to have access to that website ?
I mean do the accounts have any employer data that employer might want to shield from the applicant.
I work for a large organization & My attorney is reluctant to give the Login credentials, so before i push all the buttons I need to know.
