NTR can you please post at which center FP was done earlier?
Any problem for going earlier? Did they ask for reason?
Do we have to go on Wednesday or can we go on any day?

My FP has done in California . They did not ask me any thing. you can do early FP also. But it doesn\'t make any difference. you can go any day. I knew lot of my friends went early for FP and got approved their

Can we expect Approval in March - 02 !?

My calculation is,
Jan 02 - Approving April/May-2000 cases
Feb 02 - June\'00
Mar 02 - July (Ours)

If INS works in the current pace, then we should get our approval in March. Unfortunately, my case is 140-CP, I guess it will delay 1 or 2 months further.

Waiting started for the final run .. INS is at 3/15/2001. I heard some cases on this board say 1st week of April. Not sure though.

Is there movement in Approvals. Anyone notice anything ?

Hoping that we\'ll all get approved by End of Feb, if this pace continues.

When I went for FP earlier at Alexandria, VA, they asked me to come on any Wednesday. Looks like all re-scheduled as well as late / early FPs are best done on Wednesdays.
 
RD 7/3/01, ND 8/20/01, EAD & AP received, FP 12/21/01 (Newark NJ)

Question though -

My wife has also applied for 485 along with me however she has not received any FP as yet. She has received the EAD and AP way back. But as she was my dependant, we were expecting that the FP date would be the same. Is this not the case in general ? Was our case an exception ?

My question is (due to the dleay in my wife\'s FP) would my GC approval process will be disturbed ?

On my wife\'s case - the VSC AVM says that the payment for the FP application is insucfficient. But, when I spoke to the IIO at VSC, she mentioned that there is a mistake in the AVM but there is no prpoblem with my wife\'s case ? Any suggestions/comments/advises ? Please help !

Generally your FP date and your wife FP date should be the same as long as you file same time. In my case I did receive mine and my wife at same time . For kids who are below 14 years INS will not ask for finger prints. I suggest talk to IIo again tell her/he that you received FP but not your Wife. I don\'t thing you need to pay saparate check for FP other than the Processing fee you paid for I-485. But I am not sure.
