This thread is to track cases filed in ONLY CSC having 140/485 concurrently filed and I-140 is approved
but I-485 is still pending
Please post you details.

I-140 Approved 02/26/2005 (LUD changed only when approved)
I-485 LUDS : 10/27/2004, 01/12/2005 and 03/04/2005 (this is because I called USCIS emergency enquiry)

Substitute Labor EB3 PD: sometime 1997
I140/485/EAD/AP Concurrent RD: June 2nd 2004
FP done: July 7th 2004
EAD/AP AD: July 30th 2004
I140 AD: Jan 13th 2005 (no LUD changes, only one time change on approval)
I485 : waiting ??? (LUD 10/27/04, 03/02/05(due to phone inquiry))
Second EAD/AP : RD 03/14/05

Can some body tell me what is PD, ND and LUD which you all
abbreviate. I am new to this forums.

CSC - EB3 - APPROVED Jan 2004 (LC)
I-140/I-485 CONCURRENT FILED APRIL 2004
FP Done - MAY 2004
I-140 Approved 12/22/2004
I-485 : Waiting (When called to CSC Emergency - they said Name Check Pending)

Received : EAD / AP Renewals again in MARCH 2005

PD = Priority date, Date your labor ( or 140 if no labor required) was applied.
ND = Notice date, Date your I 140/ 485 was recieved by the INS
LUD = Last update, Date your file was touched for some kind of processing.

Your case seems very similar to mine ( see above )
Did you get any details about your name check when you called them ?
 
When I called CSC they said Name Check Pending, but they didn't tell me how long will it take.

Does anyone know reason why Name Checks can take long for some people ?

How to check status on Name Check status ? Is there a possibility to find this information

LUD 485: 9/20/04 (finger print results received); 3/30/05 (called emergency number and was told name check was pending).

Just got mail saying that they sent an RFE by mail for I485. Hope it is not too complicated.

Did not receive FP notice yet. here is the detailed info

EB3 - Substitue LC,labor PD Nov/Dec 2001.
I-140/485/765 applied together. AP did not apply for.
RD - 11/24/04
ND - 11/30/04
No priority Date appears on any of the receipt notices
I-140 - RFE issued on 1/10/05, replied on 3/16/05, Received by CIS on 3/21/05. I-140 Approved on 3/28/05 with PD of original labor
EAD - Approved on 3/25/05 for myself and spouse.
FP - ?
I-485 LUD - 12/13/04
