How many days/weeks.. does it take on average (guess / experience / calculation / observation) to get approval or another RFE after USCIS receives response to the RFE. :confused:

EB3/India/NSC
PD April 2002
ND Aug 2003 (485 and 140)
RFE (485) May 10, 2005 (EVL)
RFE Received May 13, 2005
RFE Responed May 17, 2005
RFE Received by USCIS May 18, 2005

There is a thread dedicated to this and if you look into it you will see the matrix. When I last checked it the average wiating period was 16 days with a standard deviation of 16 days. Not very helpful, ah?
I have waited 41 days.
 
Mine was also EVL RFE. I got approval exactly after 2 weeks. My case is almost similar to you except PD (Mine was April 2001). I hope if there is no problem with your priority date you should get magic email within next 3 weeks. Good luck!

Why do they ask EVL in the process of 485. Did you give the EVL when you apply for 140, 485.

please advice.
 
I dont know, probabily want to make sure working in the similar field. I did not change the company. I seen similar RFE's for others as well, so I guess it is normal
