With the SEP visa bulletin showing availability for EB2 India (PD 2004), let track EB2 filed in late 2005 and 2006 with old PD 2002 and onwards. I have not seen any approvals for Eb2 2006 filers.

Was stuck in NC for a long time. Got cleared in July as per IO. Waiting for second FP. Spouse got her second FP notice. I havent recived mine.
Can I as the primary accompany wife and give FP? any inputs appreciated.

As of now the processing centers are processing the cases filed in Sep-Oct-2006.Even as per the visa bulletin, your case appears to be current, so what do you think is stopping the approval ?Is it name check ?Did you meet IO ?

Let us know your experience, I filed 485 in June-2007 in Eb2 with PD-May -2003. I think there should be very few with PD's like us. Should n't we be approved in next max 1 year time ?
