We filed I-485 in 2003 though my husband's employer. Had our interview in 2005, it went very well and then....nothing...Our case got stuck (extended review). I'm an EU citizen, so a year ago we decided to move to Europe. We are at final stages of getting ready to leave, but now my spouse has a bit of cold feet and we ahve all of these firends/aquiantances urging us to wait a bit more. An aquantance of ours who is a paralegal has told us that she heard a rumour, that all the "on hold" cases will start moving/get approved in October/December. I'm not sure if I can believe anything/anyone at this point. What is your take on this situation?
