My case:I- 485 : ND - Nov. 2002. TD : Oct. 27, 2004.

Recently my case is trasferred to local office-Cleveland. MY attorny say it will take around Jan/Feb for interview. While district office proccesing date is June 2003.

Do any of friend know whether INS local office are taking the case in order as they receive or they take cases as per ND ? IN case if some one's case with later ND but earlier transfere then my case will be taken earlier or later?

Please share your coments.

It seems (from what I've observed) most local district offices go by the original RD at NSC, not the TD to the local district office. but they won't admit to this if yours is an EB case, since most district offices deal with family based cases, and not employment based cases.

I have no proof, this is just what I've observed.
