TN Visa with pending sponsorship from sibling

I have had H1B(1approved) and TN ( 2 approvals) after my I 130 petition submission. During my first TN the officer even remarked "this is the kind of immigrants we need" when he saw I had a immigrant petition on file. Thanks.
 
Since sibling sponsorship is typically far in the future CBP usually lets this "intent" slide. Just to clarify (H1-B) allows for immigrant intent, so would not even have ben looked at during the process.
