TN visa implications when working remotely in Canada

Hello,

You guys were such great help last year in helping me out with my TN application. I have been working here in the US for exactly one year now, and with covid-19 allowing us to work remotely from home, I was wondering if there are any implications with my TN visa if I decide to move back home to Canada temporarily while we are currently working from home. After several months of working remotely in Canada, will I be able to enter the US easily when my employer ask us back to work at the office?
 
As long as you are still in a working relationship with your sponsor, your TN status remains valid, and you will be allowed to re-enter US when the time comes. You would probably be best to carry some proof taht your employment is still current (letter, latest paystub) when you do finally cross.

You will need to report your income in Canada for the period you work there, if this exceeds six months.
