I am a TN visa holder living and working in San Diego, CA since this past March, 2019. I want to get married with my girlfriend from Mexico, but I have some questions regarding my status.
1) Is there a problem or risk of my TN status getting cancelled after marriage?
2) Where should I get married? in Mexico or US ?
3) Can we ask for a TD visa for her right away, so she can live with me in the US?
4) Do I need an attorney for this process?
