TLDR: Under trade NAFTA, are non-clinical health occupations eligible for TN Visas under the Registered Nurse profession?
My uncle owns a private care home in California and is looking to hire me as a home administrator to oversee the operations, patients, and care givers through a TN Visa. I’m a licensed Canadian registered nurse living in Canada with also an active RN license in Minnesota. I also have my visa screen. This position is non-clinical. Is this role eligible for a TN Visa under the TN profession of a registered nurse? If yes, since this is a non-clinical role is a license through the California board of nursing required for the TN Visa?
