TN visa denial

Hi

Im a Canadian citizen and have been living in the US for the past 4 years on TN Visas (1 company for 1 year and another for 3) as a management consultant with 19 years management experience. I recently came back to Canada with a month left on my TN and attempted to re-enter the US and re-apply for a TN - I was refused AND they pulled my current TN. I believe they thought I didn't have strong enough ties with Canada as I admitted to not owning/renting a place - is this part of the agreement?? They allowed me to withdraw my application.

Then I spoke with Immigration at Seatac (where I have received all of my TNs without issue) and they told me to come down with letters of Support from family and friends in Canada, and show I have a bank account and try through them - they called the owner of the small company I've been working for (old, forgetful and owns many co's) and he made the MISTAKE of saying I was his sales manager for the past three years and I was a direct employee (never have been) - all the letters from the employer specified management consultant. I had to give a sworn statement and I admitted to doing a few small jobs as its a small co. outside of the mgmt consultant scope (but said it was all to better the company.). Needless to say ten hours of immigration hell later - I was escorted back on a plane to Victoria and again, they let me withdraw my application. Many many tears...

This all happened within the past week. Now a LARGE well-known company has offered me employment as a management consultant - If I have been denied twice (in which my application was withdrawn). Am I able to apply again and if everything checks out to be accurate and following the guidelines, should I be able to get a TN? Thanks!! :)
