TN Visa Degree Question

I was on student visa in the US 12 years ago. I had a Masters Degree in India but didn't show at the consulate because I was going to US for another Masters degree, fearful of rejection chances.

Moved to Canada after completing my Masters in US as my husband was in Canada. Been here for 10 years.

Now we want to move to US on TN visa and the degree that matches the requirements of TN visa is the Indian degree, not the one I got in USA.

Will they question me as to why I didn't disclose it beforehand? I believe I will have to show them my US degree as well.

No, they will not question you on why you did not present unnecessary evidence from a previous petition.

You need to show them only what you need to prove your Cdn citizenship, and your educational qualifications for the specific TN category, nothing else. No other degrees, resumes, ;etters, etc.

Keep it simple.
