Hi,
I have been offered a position under "Computer Systems Analyst" category by one of major banks in US. But I will be contractor and will be paid daily by recruiting agency.

1. Should my TN letter prepared by recruiting agency mention the end client (bank)? Is there any harm in doing that?
2. My exact title will be different from "Computer Systems Analyst". Is it OK if in TN letter they mention my internal title or it should be"Computer Systems Analyst"?
3. Even though my contract will be for one year, can officer can grant 3 years visa?

1. It does not have to, but by putting that bank exclusively, what happens when that ends. You would for the agency for "clients" is much better.
2. The TN classification in CSA. The job tiltle is meaningless. As you have been told before, the job description is the key.
3. No. The officer will only grant what the sponsor requests.
