TN for RNs

I'm posting this for a friend of mine as while I know a lot about TN's and specifically about them for IT work, I don't know much about them for RN's.

The friend is from Canada so he is allowed to apply for a TN. But...

1 - Is an Associates Degree RN (two year degree) valid for a TN?
2 - Do you need X number of years experience as well?
3 - What exactly are the job titles and degrees within the RN that qualify for a TN? (For example, with an IT degree you can work as a Systems Anaylst, but not as a Programmer)
4 - If an AD RN degree is good for a TN, can that person work as a CNA or Patient Care Associate and still get a TN?

Also - this person has already started their OPT and that will expire shortly after they graduate so he needs to figure out what type of visa he can go on, knowing his Associates Degree will not quality for an H1.

Thanks

It says Registered Nurse on the list. I don't know if the Associates Degree qualifies. He can call USCIS to find out at their service center or consult a TN lawyer. If you're in Memphis and he is too, have him consult a lawyer that knows TN's - not just a local immigration lawyer.
