TN for C2C

If US employer is willing to hire a Canadian on C2C/Incoporation and I have a Canadian incorporation do I still need TN?
This is a remote work so my understanding is that I wont require it however when I travel to US customers the airport staff might object to my frequent flying and at that time TN might come handy.
Also, if US employer is paying my Canadian entity then they will not be paying 13% HST as it will be withheld by IRS. Because of this I don't need to remit any HST to CRA.

Please correct me if I am wrong.

Yes, you can get (and in most caes need) a TN if working for a US client in US.

As to HST, check with CRA. Work done for foreign clients may be zero-rated, but that is a tax issue.Company should not be witholdinganything is you file correct form with them 8233.
