I have been worked with TN under Computer System Analyst two years doing same type of work working with agents.The previous applications were quick and easy in 20-30 minutes. last weekend went to border apply new TN for a new offered job but denied. The issue was the program work I answered 50% related including analysis, data model and coding.... during interview. The coding is about 30%.
Then got Withdrawal of Application for Admission/Consular Notification. with below notes (went to border to asked have it back as I left it to the CA border)
Subject appears to be inadmissible to the United States pursuant to Sect 212(a) (7) (A) (i) (I) of INA. He was seeking admission into the United States under NAFTA TN as a Computer System Analyst, however does not meet the requirements under the job duties list.
He was allowed to withdraw his application for entry to the United States in the lieu of expedited removal in Section 240 proceedings. He was served Forms I-160A, I-275, and a copy of his sworn statement Form I-867A&B. He was advised the he cannot reapply for the same position with the same company. Subject stated that he understood all information conveyed to him. He has escorted back to Canada without further incident.
Does this mean this job offer is gone? What can I do with it?
