TN Change of Employer USCIS

Hi everybody,

I have a question, if my new employer requests a change of employer (i-129 with premium processing) with the USCIS, and it gets denied.
Would I loose my TN status with my current employer or I can just continue working like nothing happened?

Why it gets denied? I am assuming the job doesn't change that much, and you got approved once (since you have your current tn)
