TN - another question

Hi,

I am wondering if my visits to the US once or twice a year for shopping and visiting friends will have any affect to my application for TN ?

How about going as a visitor (visit friends, vacations) 4 or 5 times a year? stays can be from 2 to 10 days each. In total not more than 40 days a year.

Would they affect any future TN application?
