Timeline for LC Approval thru Kansas DOL

My employer is going to file my GC from Iowa/Nebraska this month and i have to pay all the expenses related to it and i have only 1 1/2 year left on Visa. I want to know how long it will take for my LC approval thru any of these states. Also when i look at www.immigration.com it says that they (Kansas DOL) are processing Nov 2002 RIR applications for LC When i go to DOL website or anyother website they say that they(Kansas DOL is processing Oct 2001 RIR.
Friends can you please confirm me which info is right.

You said that your employer will file from IOWA, And then you ask Kansas.

So For IOWA you will get your State Labor cleared within 30 Days,

For Kansas it's taking about 11 months.

The info on immigration.com is correct & upto date, my case which was filed on 1/25/02 was approved on 12/20/02. And immigration.com is also saying January for Kansas.

I want to know about the Processing time at Federal Level

I am sorry if my question has confused you guys. I want to know how long it will take to process LC at FEDERAL level if filed from IOWA/NEBRASKA in RIR. Please let me know

I actually have the same question.

But I look the archives in www.immigration.com. It looks like Kansas DOL (Federal Level) was tracked as ... 07/2002... 08/2002, 09/2002...

So I think the infor in www.immigration.com couldn't be wrong. Or we can see webmaster in http://www.ows.doleta.gov/foreign/times.asp? mistakened 2001 as 2002.

Does anybody filed LCA after 01/2002 get their labor, besides rpanwar?
