Time to Approval of I-751

Dear folks, I used the data for the people in this forum posted on another thread to find out how long it took for an I-751 to be approved over the past year. HEre is what I found:

Mode 147 days
Median 118 days
Average 124 days.

This is based on 29 applicants who had a filing and approval dates. I hope you find this useful. SO please keep supplying information so we could keep computing these simple metrics.

This is mostly cases filed in Nebraska and texas Okey!! VSC is working on stuff filed in November / december 2007. Kinda 11 months behind.

I just did the biometrics yesterday and no updates online status. Anything wrong with it? I just doubt most of the FP scores are just 51 and wonder if that can work. The officer's attitute is really bad.

After biometrics, they gave me the ASC notice back, shall i do anything with that? Thanks!
 
Dont worry about all those online updates. I think they dont mean much on our side. We dont know what they do on their side that we never know right? So dont pay attention to it.. as long as your case is still within the expected time frame. I say good luck and hold on to your ASC paperwork. Just keep it as a memento aiight?

i mean folks should post experiences on I-751. with specific dates when NOA's was received up ontill approval. Also, folks should specify if its from CSC or VSC. For the month of October 2008.

Hahahahah you are sooo funny. The California S C says on the USCIS website that it processes applications within 6 months. I think its only Vermont that has issues. So the information presented above is true and I believe its for West Coast cases (Nebraska & Texas). So maybe I should have specified that.

What is so funny?

I (just for an example) been waiting for about 300 days already and there are people who applied before me and still waiting.
However, your original idea to find out average waiting time for I-751 was good, but it would be better if you separated your figures by service centers.

Dear Jane.. (nice name). You turn is coming. I think most VSC cases take about 10 months to adjudicate. So yours should be in their hands by now. at the end of October 2008 they were working on cases filed in November 2007. Thats about 300 days right?

You are the one who is funny, given your lack of knowledge on statistics of any kind. Some people get approved in 120 days, some people wait for at least 9-10 months, so that makes your median 120 days? Besides, what's so funny about having to wait for that long? You think people are enjoying this? You really ought to be ashamed.

Hey buddy take it easy. There is no need to waste your time being angry/pissed off/annoyed at me CIS or any poster. This is a voluntary information forum. If you felt the information I provided was totally off the mark you could address that without being :eek:vile:eek:.

If you look back at my original post you will notice the sample data set from which those numbers were computed from is posted, and the median is indeed 118 days. The centers where they were filed are listed. NO VSC right there. So be easy aight and get a life ok.

Sooooooooooo funnnnnnnnnnyyyyyyyyy hahahah!!!

I'd love to.. but all I do is compute how long it takes for people to go through the whole process based on start and finish dates. You aren't finished yet are you dear friend? ;)
